Thousands of people have joined a second silent march in Oughterard, Co Galway, as local opposition to a direct provision centre being imposed on the small town grows.
Organisers said that the turnout reached some 3000 people. They also said that the Department of Justice had ignored the concerns of the community who had not been consulted on the issue, and who only learned that the centre was being prepared when builders started work on the Conemara Gateway Hotel which had been closed for years.

MEP Clare Daly seems to have accepted BRexit and used a BRexit debate to rather target neo-liberalism, the European Union and UK Establishment.
Clare Daly (Ind) said that BRexit was not about the “Crazy Brits” but about the failure of neoliberal politics in the EU and highlighted the Lisbon and Nice agreements. She also blamed soaring rents, declining wages, privatisation and undermining of public services.
She said that the only way forward was to “abandon the road the EU is on, and abandon neoliberalism”.
Ironically too though, she supports mass immigration which further promotes lower wages, higher rents etc. etc..

Parents in Britain are outraged after more than 240 primary schools introduced lessons on “self-stimulation” for children as young as six as part of their sex education program.
A teaching manual, published by the Mail on Sunday, instructs how to teach children aged six to ten about “the rules of self-stimulation.” The lessons are part of the new All About Me program rolled out in more than 240 primary schools in central England’s Warwickshire County. The program, in turn, is designed to be taught in accordance with the compulsory Relationship and Sex Education (RSE), which will be implemented all across the UK next September.

Oughterard protesters have said they will not stop their protest until there are assurances that asylum seekers will not be accommodated at the Connemara Gateway Hotel contrary to the request of the Minister for Justice, Charlie Flanagan, for them to “step back while the process runs its course”. Yesterday, there was a collision between a protester and a car belonging to a security firm guarding the premises.
Cllr Thomas Welby said that the resolve of the people is getting stronger rather than weaker.

According to Islam, a cow has more value than a non muslim because you get milk, leather etc, from a cow, but you apparently get nothing from a non muslim… (except welfare and free stuff of course…)
Of course they won’t tell you this to your face because they are allowed to lie by their religion (Taqqiyah). In fact the Koran says it is ok to pretend to be a non believer’s friend if it furthers the cause of Islam…

TD Michael Collins was interviewed on The Niall Boylan Show over comments that he made that the Irish people need to prioritised in Ireland. He told Boylan that a large influx of people coming into a hotel in a rural community is not going to work and re-iterated his comment that Ireland is losing its culture. He said we must look after the Irish first and foremost.
